Mission

The Rylee and Laney Foundation exists to protect families from the life-shattering effects of medical kidnapping and legal abuse. We support parents who are wrongfully accused, silenced, or stripped of custody simply for advocating for their children’s health, safety, or second opinions.

Our mission is to provide direct guidance, resources, and emotional support to families in crisis , while raising public awareness, exposing institutional failures, and fighting for accountability in child welfare, healthcare, and judicial systems.

We are grounded in lived experience and fueled by love that refuses to be silenced. We know what it feels like to be unheard, to be judged, and to be torn from your children without cause. That’s why we stand fiercely with the families still in the fight. To be their voice, their shield, and their hope. Because when a parent is doing everything to protect their child, the system should never be the one they have to protect them from.

Vision

We envision a world where no family is torn apart for advocating for their child’s care. A world where truth is louder than bureaucracy, and justice is not reserved for the lucky or the wealthy but guaranteed to every parent and every child.
